KidStrong Frisco West is a kids’ development center for children from crawling age through 11 years. Its science-based program combines physical activity, cognitive development, and character building to develop strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character. Age-appropriate 45-minute classes use movement, games, challenges, and coaching to build confidence, resilience, coordination, problem-solving, teamwork, and independence. Programs are designed with input from child-development experts and focus on progression as children grow. KidStrong also offers BabyStrong, camps, and birthday parties.
